For any build that relies on FP and magic, this talisman will save you from having to invest so much in the Flask of Cerulean Tears. The rate is quite slow, but it’s better than nothing, and you can always focus on dodging while it recharges if you’re desperate.

Golden Braid

An essential choice for the Elden Ring Promised Consort Radahn boss fight, this talisman protects you from a large amount of holy damage. Given that this tough boss has some brutal holy-based attacks, you’ll want to pop this on so that you can negate a lot of the incoming damage that’s otherwise difficult to avoid.

Two-Headed Turtle

This is a direct upgrade from the Green Turtle Talisman, dramatically increasing your stamina recovery speed. If you’re using a melee build focusing on blocking or dodging a lot to avoid damage, then this is a must-have talisman.

Pearl Shield

While blocking all physical damage with a shield is easy, negating all other kinds is just about impossible, regardless of what you equip. However, with the Pearl Shield Talisman, you can boost all of your damage negation for anything that’s not physical, which is great against any enemy that would deal both physical and non-physical damage at the same time with their strongest attacks.

Ailment

Are you struggling against enemies or other players that rely on status effects such as bleed or madness to defeat you? If so, this talisman will give you some bonus resistance to the buildup of the last element that triggered because the bar rose to the maximum threshold.

Flamedrake Talisman +3	Boosts fire damage negation by the utmost.	Inside a chest in the lower part of Fort of Reprimand in Scadu Altus. Clamber over the cages on the right side before you go back upstairs and follow the path to the talisman.
Boltdrake Talisman +3	Boosts lightning damage negation by the utmost.	From the Shadow Keep Storehouse site of grace, take the small stairs up and turn right on the wooden platform. The next room should have one of Messmer’s Knights attacking you from a distance. There is a dining area with tables and chairs you can jump at to find the talisman.
Golden Braid	Boosts holy damage negation by the utmost.	On a corpse found within the husk of the dead tree in Shaman Village, which is in the southeast of Scaduview up the cliff where the Tree Sentinels appear from.
Pearldrake Talisman +3	Boosts non-physical damage negation by the utmost.	Progress up the Shadowkeep Specimen Storehouse until you reach the seventh floor and pull the lever. After doing this, return to the third floor and instead of going across the wooden bridge to the left, go right, past the Messmer Guard to find the talisman on the stone statue’s beard.
Immunizing Horn Charm +2	Vastly raises immunity.	Defeat the Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the sewers of Belurat Tower Settlement in Gravesite Plain.
Stalwart Horn Charm +2	Vastly raises robustness.	In Bonny Gaol in Scadu Altus, jump down the hole and head to the east, running past the rats, and climb up the ladder. Defeat the monster in this room and pick up the talisman nearby.
Clarifying Horn Charm +2	Vastly raises focus.	In the Lamenter’s Gaol dungeon in Charo’s Hidden Grave, drop to the small cave with the rats and follow the path straight on. You’ll eventually find the talisman on a corpse to the right side.
Mottled Necklace +2	Vastly raises immunity, robustness, and focus.	From Rauh Ancient Ruins, East site of grace, cross the bridge and make your way through the ruins. At the top, pass the large stone structure all the way to the end of this area, where you can unblock a spirit spring. You can then use the spring to leap up to the opposite side where you’ll find the talisman at the top of the stairs.
Ailment Talisman	When certain ailments are triggered, this talisman grants resistance to the same ailment.	On a corpse lying at the edge of the unfinished wooden bridge in the Abandoned Ailing Village in the northern part of Gravesite Plains.
Two-Handed Sword Talisman	Enhances attacks with two-handed weapons.	At the Temple Town Ruins, continue through to the room after the Horned Knight to find the talisman inside a chest.
Pearl Shield Talisman	Boosts all non-physical damage negation while guarding.	Inside a chest that’s in a camp of Messmer Soldiers southwest of Taylew’s Ruined Forge site of grace in Scadu Altus.
Retaliatory Crossed-Tree	Enhances attacks executed after rolling or backstepping.	Complete the Elden Ring Leda quest, making sure to invade Ansbach and return to the site of grace where Leda resides to get the talisman.

Shattered Stone Talisman	Raises potency of kicking and stomping skills.	Drop to the first rooftop in the hole in Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus. Turn left and walk along the edge to find the talisman, but don’t fall further.
Smithing Talisman	Enhances weapon-throwing attacks.	In the Ruined Forge Starfall Past in Scadu Altus, head for the room filled with Flame Slimes in the upper-levels to find this talisman on a corpse.
Enraged Divine Beast	Raises potency of storms.	Trade in the Remembrance of the Dancing Lion to Enia in the Roundtable Hold. You get this Remembrance for defeating Divine Beast Dancing Lion in Belurat Tower Settlement in Gravesite Plain.
Talisman of the Dread	Raises potency of magma.	Inside Elder’s Hovel. You can find this location by taking the path southeast from Castle Ensis and following the path through the swamp.
Verdigris Discus	Raises defense with higher equipment load.	From Ancient Rauh Ruins, East site of grace, head northeast until you find a covered area with a statue, where the talisman sits.
Fine Crucible Feather Talisman	Improves backsteps but increases damage taken at all times.	From Ancient Rauh Ruins, East site of grace, head back into the ruins to the north. Continue along past the room on the right with the spirit spring, and you’ll find a room with tree branches. The talisman is on the second branch.
Talisman of All Crucibles	Reduces damage taken from critical hits and head shots and improves the effectiveness of rolling and backstepping, but also increases damage taken at all times.	From the Ancient Ruins, Grand Stairway site of grace, head southwest to the elevator and ride it down. Look southwest from here to see two floating platforms. Jump to the left one and follow it to the chest that has the talisman.
Aged One’s Exultation	Raises attack power when madness is triggered in the vicinity.	Kill the Madness Lantern enemy that’s closest to the Abandoned Church in the eastern part of the Abyssal Woods. You’ll need to parry this enemy just before the wand is fully raised in order to hurt it.
St. Trina’s Smile	Raises attack power when sleep is triggered in the vicinity.	Defeat Thiollier while they’re a hostile NPC by completing their quest and pursuing to bond with St. Trina in the Fissure dungeon in the Cerulean Coast.
Blade of Mercy	Raises attack power after each critical hit.	Inside the Scorched Ruins in Gravesite Plain, head up the left side and cross to the other end using the cloth-bridge. Enter the door on your left to find the talisman in a chest.
Crusade Insignia	Raises attack power after defeating an enemy.	Defeat Fire Knight Queelign in Belurat Tower Settlement in Gravesite Plain. From the Small Private Altar site of grace, head outside and turn right. Run past all the enemies and down the stairs until you reach a courtyard. He will spawn in at the far side of this area.
Dried Bouquet	Raises attack power when a spirit you have summoned dies.	From the Belurat Tower Settlement site of grace in Gravesite Plain, head through the shortcut door and go up the stairs. Turn left to head toward the tower with the two scorpions and the Bone Bow. Just before the entrance, look to the right to see a pile of rubble you can jump on. This leads to a storeroom where you’ll find a Scaudtree Fragment on a Miquella’s Cross, and the talisman just outside and to the left.

Arsenal Charm

This talisman boosts your maximum equipment load by 15%. You get this from speaking to Nephali in Roundtable Hold after you slay Godrick the Grafted.

You can find the upgraded versions of this talisman in the Altus Tunnel and by completing The Great-Jar’s challenge to defeat three duelists in Dragonbarrow. These increase your equipment load by 17% for the +1 variation and +19% for the Great-Jar’s Arsenal.

Assassin’s Crimson Dagger

Critical Hits restore roughly 20% of your total HP. It’s a reward for slaying the Black Knife Assassin in the Deathtouched Catacombs dungeon in Limgrave.

Concealing Veil

Conceals wearer while crouching away from foes. Drops from the Black Knife Assassin boss found in Sage’s Cave in Altus Plateau.

Curved Sword Talisman

Enhances guard counters. Found in a treasure chest in a dark room in the wine cellar of Stormveil Castle. You have to clear this area to continue into Stormveil Castle anyway, but it’s possible to miss the chest in the room as it’s so dark.

Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman

This is a great one for melee-focused players. It provides a massive boost to physical damage negation, adding +20 to all the relevant stats.

You can find it on an elevated platform in a building northeast of Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. You can reach the access point by going to the Drainage Channel Site of Grace, but it’s guarded by Pests.

Erdtree’s Favor

Increases maximum HP, stamina, and equip load. You can select it as a Keepsake in the character creator, or you can find it in the Fringefolk Hero’s Cave in Limgrave.

You can also find higher-tier versions of this talisman. To get the Erdtree’s Favor +1 variant, head to the boss room in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, where you fight Mohg, the Omen. You can risk it by opening the chest mid-fight, but it’s safer to get it once Mohg’s dead.

The Erdtree’s Favor +2 variant is on a tree in the far east of Leyndell, Ashen Capital, close to the elevator near the Forbidden Lands and East Altus Diving Tower. You need to backtrack from the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace to reach this talisman.

Godskin Swaddling Cloth

Successive attacks restore HP. Drops from the Godskin Apostle & Godskin Noble boss fight in Spiritcaller’s Cave, in the Mountaintops of the Giants region.

Gold Scarab

This Talisman increases the number of runes you get from enemies. This is around a 20% increase, but the effect can be stacked with other rune-boosting items. You get this reward for beating the two Cleanrot Knights in the Abandoned Cave in Caelid.

Green Turtle Talisman

Raises stamina recovery speed. Found in a turtle-filled area in Summonwater Village in Limgrave. Find the imp statue where the tortoises are scattered around and use a Stonesword Key to unlock the ruins. Open the door at the end to find the talisman.

Twinblade Talisman

Enhances the final hit, ending a chain of attacks. You can find it inside a chest in a tower close to the battlements of Castle Morne. From the Behind the Castle grace, look along the cliffs to find a path down. Run past the Demi-Humans to find a tower on the other side of the bridge. Kill the Demi-Human blocking your way and climb the ladder to reach the tower. Climb to the top to get the chest.

Red-Feathered Branchsword	Raises attack power when health is low.	Drops from Deathbird northeast of Scenic Isle Site of Grace in Liurnia of the Lakes.
Ritual Shield Talisman	Raises defense when health is at maximum.	At the front door of the Colosseum in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
Ritual Sword Talisman	Raises attack power when health is at maximum.	In a chest down some stairs after you slay Demi-Human Queen Gilika in Lux Ruins.
Roar Medallion	Enhances roar and breath attacks.	Dropped by Stonedigger Troll in Limgrave Tunnels.
Rotten Winged Sword Insignia	Greatly increases attack power with each successive hit.	Choose to assist Millicent in her quest and defeat her sisters.
Sacred Scorpion Charm	Raises Holy damage but lowers damage negation.	Kill Anastasia, Tarnished-Eater who is on the border between Limgrave and Caelid.
Sacrificial Twig	Lost on death in place of Runes.	Sold by Patches in Murkwater Cave, given by Edgar at Castle Morne, three of each sold by the Isolated Merchants in Weeping Peninsula and Dragonbarrow.
Shabrirri’s Woe	Constantly attacks enemy aggression.	On a corpse at the edge of Frenzied Flame Village.
Shard of Alexander	Greatly boosts skills attack power.	Obtained from Alexander after completing his questline.
Silver Scarab	Raises item discovery.	Inside a chest on the Hidden Path to the Haligtree behind an illusory wall.
Spear Talisman	Enhances counterattacks of thrusting weapons.	Inside a chest near the Demi-Human campfire in Lakeside Crystal Cave.
Spelldrake Talisman	Boosts magic damage negation.	Regular – defeat Runebear in Earthbore Cave. +1 – northwest corner of Selia Town of Sorcery. +2 – inside the secret catacombs of the Hidden Path to the Haligtree, just before the Stray Mimic Tear boss door.
Stalwart Horn Charm	Raises robustness.	Regular – in the eastern part of Liurnia of the Lakes, close to the Mausoleum Compound. Head up the incline before turning to the southwest. It’s inside a cliff formation; you can find a hole in it by going anticlockwise around it. +1 – on the path to Yelough Anix Tunnel, southwest of Consecrated Snowfield.
Stargazer Heirloom	Raises inteligence.	On a corpse at the top of the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
Starscourge Heirloom	Raises strength.	Inside Fort Gael.
Taker’s Cameo	Restores health upon defeating enemies.	Given to you by Tanith at Volcano Manor after finishing the third letter quest to invade and defeat Juno Hoslow, Knight of Blood.
Twinblade Talisman	Enhances the final hit of a chain of attacks.	Inside a chest on the battlements of Castle Morne.
Two Fingers Heirloom	Raises faith.	On the lower level of Purified Ruins.
Viridian Amber Medallion	Raises maximum stamina.	Regular – dropped by Miranda the Blighted Bloom in Tombsward Cave. +1 – defeat Margit at the Outer Wall Battleground in Altus Plateau. +2 – Close to the Summoning Snail in Haligtree Town Plaza.
Warrior Jar Shard	Boosts skills attack power.	Drops from Alexander if you kill him before completing his quest.
Winged Sword Insignia	Raises attack power of successive attacks.	Dropped by Cleanrot Knight in Stillwater Cave.

How to get Elden Ring Talisman Pouches

Talisman pouches allow you to equip more talismans at once. There are only a handful of these in the game, so here is where you get additional Elden Ring talisman slots:

Talisman Pouch #1 – this drops after you beat Margit the Fell Omen.
Talisman Pouch #2 – this can be acquired from Finger Reader Enia, the old person you find by Two Fingers in Roundtable Hold. You can only get this after acquiring two Elden Ring Great Runes.
Talisman Pouch #3 – you get this for defeating Godfrey in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
